Last night during my Monday evening lives session on our facebook page, I discussed a topic we all have heard about but there are a lot of questions around. That is the notion of curses. Simply put, anything that is a negative thought or intention can essentially be a curse. In most cases, this is self imposed. Believe it or not, our own negativity, fear and doubts can create a cycle of negativity in our lives. I have attached the video above where I discuss the various types of psychic attacks, curses or negativity we can all experience. I also shared a beautiful prayer that I like to use to shield my energetic field or aura from negativity around me. I also find this useful to create an internal shift if I find that I am being negative toward myself or others. Prayer of Protection I now surround myself and cover myself in a blanket of purest and highest white light of God, and that of Truth, Love and Wisdom.
